Latino dude finished pumping gas just as I pulled in behind him at very busy low-price gas station. He got in his car but didn't pull out. I waited patiently. Finally I knocked on his window. "R u done?" He nodded yes. I waited again. He just took his time as if enjoying making me wait. I think it was HATE...no other explanation.
