They did that to me once when a homeless man threw a bottle at my windshield & shattered it as I was driving thru DT LA ...cop said I must have provoked him...because I was taking pictures (of buildings).. as if its the citizen's responsibility to know what provokes schizos
...and to NOT do it....allowing "them" to control us rather than the cop "enforce and protect "....in other words the LA cops lazily acquiesce to the " law of the jungle " ...so they probably quietly told or insinuated to the trump hat victim that he shouldn't wear MAGA around here
